These Polarex Plus Road Shoes keep your feet warm and dry thanks to Diatex technology, a waterproof membrane with thermal lining. The upper of these shoes are made of element-proof Suprell-Tech, a material that's as tough against abrasion and impact as it is resistant to wind, snow, rain, mud, or whatever else you encounter.

The sole is aggressively lugged and based on Diadora's performance MTB CR sole, with a stiffness index of 6.0 on a scale of 1-10. Diadora's engineers could’ve made the sole stiffer, but for safety when walking off the bike on slippery surfaces, some flex is necessary for a stable footing. The shoes' fit profile is Diadora's Race Plus, which is snug but not constrictive, thus allowing you the option to wear thick socks. The entire system laces up with a Boa® closure system, making it very easy to dial in a comfortable fit every time you put them on, even while wearing gloves.
