When the weather is blisteringly hot and MTB trails running fast, the Polartec® Delta™ fabric used in the construction of the Defend Pro Long Sleeve Jersey comes into its own. Delta™ is an active cooling fabric. It works with and enhances your body's natural cooling processes to boost your riding comfort. With its structured finish, lifting fabric off the skin, it offers increased airflow to boost the cooling effect of sweat evaporation while also reducing the wet-cling you find with normal jerseys. Ride hard. Build a sweat. But stay cool and comfortable.
It's not just cool, though, it's tough too. Fox have used abrasion-resistant Cordura® panels over the shoulders and to the elbows. When you're nipping through tight tree-lined trails this fends of the snags and rips you get from overhanging branches and bushes.
Lastly, the Defend Pro is cut for mountain biking. The fit is kept loose but slim allowing you plenty of mobility when manoeuvring your bike. The drop tail provides extended coverage across the lower back and sleeves allow you to wear pads - the ideal fit for riding hard but great for those more mellow rides too.
