Meanwhile, inside the jacket, you'll find zoned areas of fleece lining. This adds another level of insulation from the cold, retaining all the heat you generate while riding. In other key areas, breathability is optimised and ventilation aids airflow to prevent you from overheating. The result is excellent temperature regulation, ideal for the stop, start, uphill, downhill thrill of mountain biking. 

While it's not a superlight jacket, it's no heavyweight either. You're certainly not going to feel weighed down or restricted when you've got it on and you're in the flow of an exhilarating mountain bike ride.
