How We Process Your Order

Please allow the following estimated timeframes, from the date of purchase, for your order to be packed and prepared for dispatch:

  • Standard products - 48 hours
  • Bikes – 5 working days (as our specialist mechanics will partially build your bike and complete a thorough safety inspection prior to dispatch)

Processing can take a little longer during busier periods, however rest assured we will dispatch your order as soon as we can.

How to Track Your Order

How to Track Your Order

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with courier tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. These details are also available in the My Orders section of your account. 
 
Please allow time for the parcel to be scanned into the courier’s network before your tracking updates. Once scanned, you will be able to keep an eye on the movement of your order and check for delivery updates.
 
Deliveries can take place from Monday – Sunday.

International Delivery Services

We ship to over 70 countries worldwide and work closely alongside a range of couriers to ensure all orders are delivered within the quickest possible timeframe.
 
Free delivery is available to all shipping destinations*, however there may be a minimum spend to qualify, which will be dependent on your delivery country. The value of the minimum spend for your country will be displayed in your Wiggle shopping basket.
 
*Please note, free delivery is not applicable to large items (such as bikes, frames, racks, and trainers).
 
The delivery methods available to you will depend on the items ordered and the delivery country. To see your options, along with the respective cost and estimated delivery date, simply add the desired items to your basket and select your delivery destination.
 
Due to the volume of orders we process, it is not possible to select your preferred delivery courier, however, we will consider all of the couriers available to us at the time of dispatch to ensure the best option is selected.
 
Please note, some deliveries may take slightly longer due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather disruption or stock availability. Rest assured we will make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. 
 

Delivery Exceptions

Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses, and we strongly advise against requesting delivery to hotels, workplaces, multiple occupancy premises, or third-party couriers. Any such orders are entirely at the risk of the customer. Wiggle cannot accept any liability for these orders if they fail to arrive or are damaged upon receipt. We will, however, do what we can to help out.
 

Restricted Items

Most of our products are available for international delivery, however there may be some restrictions on the following items, depending on the delivery country:
  • Bikes
  • Energy drinks, food, and gels
  • Liquids
  • Products that contain aerosols
By clicking on the flag in the top right-hand corner of our website and selecting your delivery country, you will only see products that are available for delivery to your selected shipping destination.
 
Please note, products containing Lithium Batteries can be subject to further checks during international shipping; this may delay delivery by a few days.

International Bike and Frame Delivery

International Bike and Frame Delivery

Bike orders have an estimated processing timeframe of 5 working days, as they need to be assembled and fully safety checked by our trained mechanics before being dispatched. 
 
Orders that contain a bike and other items will be split into two parcels, which may arrive separately. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with courier tracking information and an estimated delivery date as soon as each parcel has been shipped. Timeframes for bulky delivery are dependent on the delivery country. To get an idea of when to expect delivery, simply add the item to your basket and select your delivery destination.
 

How Will My Bike Arrive?

All bikes delivered from Wiggle are assembled and inspected by our CyTech accredited technicians. CyTech is the bike industry's qualification for cycle mechanics and technicians, developed and overseen by the Association of Cycle Traders. Our mechanics have achieved specific levels of competency in a range of different disciplines, assessed by professional trainers. This ensures our mechanics have the right skills to ensure your bike is safe for your continued use and enjoyment.
 
Bike Brake Set Up
When placing your order, please state in your order notes how you require your brakes to be set up. UK bikes are shipped as standard, with the front brake on the right and rear on the left. 
 
Frame assembly
Please note: 5mm from either side of the centre line is considered to be the accepted level of tolerance for frame alignment. Misalignments below this are considered to be within tolerance and of satisfactory standard.
 
Once your bike has been built, each bike will undergo a rigorous testing programme before being disassembled and packed into a custom-made box to ensure maximum protection during transit. You may wish to keep hold of your bike box for storage purposes. Our specialist technicians also perform systematic pre-dispatch quality inspections to ensure our bikes meet the strict standards required.

Please note, children's balance bikes do not have pedals, while their simple construction means they do not require the same service or pre-dispatch checks as normal bikes.

Customs Information

Customs Information

Most of our products are dispatched from our warehouse in the UK. Some orders may be subject to additional formal customs clearance when leaving the UK, depending on the destination country and order value. We anticipate a short delay whilst these additional checks are completed; unfortunately we have no control over the timeframes.
 
When ordering from Wiggle you are considered the importer of record.

Delivery to the UK, European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, and New Zealand

There are no import or export duties on orders delivered to these destinations. All prices include the relevant taxes, which means the price of the order at checkout will be the final price you pay.
 

Delivery to the USA

All orders to the USA include all relevant taxes.
 
Orders up to $800 do NOT have any import taxes to pay.
 
Orders above $800 will have import taxes to pay plus any customs processing fees, which will be charged by your relevant delivery courier
 

Delivery to all other countries 

Orders delivered to all other countries are sold exclusive of VAT and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. If your order does qualify for a duty payment, you will receive instruction from your local courier, detailing the amount due. Once the recipient has paid, the order will be released for delivery.
 
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient of the goods (the customer). We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
 
We are legally required to declare the full value of the goods (including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside of the European Union. It is a criminal offence to falsify the details on this form. We cannot inaccurately describe the contents, claim a lower value, mark the order as a gift or make any other false declarations for customs purposes. Please do not ask, or expect us, to do any of the above.

Note, if your order is sent via DHL you may be requested to pay import/custom taxes after the order has been delivered to you. This is standard procedure by DHL to ensure your order is delivered to you as soon as possible and not delayed in customs. These charges are solely dependent on your local customs office and DHL. Wiggle have no control over these charges. We would kindly suggest contacting your local customs office for more information and advice.

1. How do I select free delivery?
Free delivery is available to all countries; however, a minimum spend is required. The value of the minimum spend for your country will be displayed in your Wiggle shopping basket. You can select your preferred delivery method during the checkout process.
 
2. Will I receive my order sooner if I pay for delivery?
Yes, we place priority on processing orders that have selected express delivery.
 
3. Can I select the delivery courier for my order?
You cannot select a specific courier for delivery, however when your order is ready to be dispatched, we will consider all of the couriers available to us to ensure the best option is selected, based on your selected delivery service, parcel weight, parcel dimensions and the value of your order.
 
4. Can I amend the delivery address on my order?
Once an order has been processed the delivery address cannot be changed and we are unable to redirect parcels to an alternative address. Please ensure someone will be in to sign for your parcel. If nobody is available, the courier will leave a card or send an email notification with details on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local store, if applicable.
 
5. Will my order arrive with an invoice?
We have moved to paperless billing to promote environmental responsibility and reduce our carbon footprint. You can access your purchase history by logging in to your online account, here. Once logged in, simply click on ‘View All Orders’ to find a list of your orders and then click ‘View Your Order’ to access the order details. There is also an option to print this out in case you need a hard copy. If you require a copy of your invoice, please get in touch with our Customer Services Team via Live Chat or email.
 
6. Are taxes included in my order?
  • Orders to the UK, European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Australia and New Zealand already have the relevant taxes included in the price of the item. The price of the order at checkout will be the final price you pay.

7. What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
You can track your parcel on the courier’s website, using the details provided upon dispatch of your order. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe and there are no recent tracking updates, simply hop onto our Live Chat so that we can help out, or alternatively contact us here.
 
8. What should I do if there is an issue with my order upon delivery?
We work closely alongside our couriers to ensure all orders arrive in perfect condition, however, on the rare occasion that something goes wrong, we want to hear about it so that we can make it right.
