How can I order?

It's so easy to order that we don't think you'll need any instructions but here they are, just in case.

To add items to your basket:

  1. Find the item you wish to order.
  2. Choose the colour/size option from the drop-down menu on the right hand side of the item picture (if applicable). Once you’re happy you’ve selected the right option click the ‘Add To Basket’ button.
  3. You will be then taken to your Basket. If you have any gift vouchers or promotional codes please enter these in to the Gift Voucher box on the right of the screen. For more information about gift and promotional vouchers, please click here. You can now continue to checkout or keep browsing and adding more items to your Basket.

Remember:

You can check the contents of your Basket and the total cost at any given time by clicking on the ‘View full basket’ link at the top right of the page.

Postage costs will be shown on the Basket page in the ‘Delivery’ box. It will also include additional shipping information for your delivery destination. For more information about delivery methods, please click here.

You can remove items from your basket or alter the quantity required at any time whilst on the basket page. If amending the quantity remember to press ‘Update’.

To checkout:

  1. Click the ‘Continue To Checkout’ button that can be found at the top and bottom of the basket page.
  2. Log in with your username and password or create an account.
  3. Select your preferred delivery method. Please ensure your address details are correct before clicking on the ‘Continue to Payment and Review’ button. For more information about payment methods, please see here.
  4. Select the currency you would like to be invoiced in and your preferred payment method from the tabs underneath your order total.
  5. If you’d like to add a note for the team at Wiggle please select to ‘Add a note about your order for the Wiggle team’ and a text box will display. This will be picked up as soon as possible by one of the team. (Please note this may delay your order as the note will have to be manually checked)
  6. Double check your order summary  in the top right hand corner of the page to make sure everything is correct. If you’re ready to order all you have left to do is click ‘Place Order’.
  7. You will then be taken to the confirmation page where you can see your order number. Email confirmation should be received shortly.

Please note: Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses. Wiggle strongly advises against deliveries to be made to hotels or third party couriers.  Any orders made, to be sent to a hotel or a third party courier, are entirely at the risk of the client.  Therefore, we regret to inform, that Wiggle cannot accept any liability for orders that fail to arrive to the hotels or third party courier, or are damaged on receipt.  We will, however, do what we can to help in cases like these.

Stock is allocated to active orders first, on a first-come, first served basis. 

You can check the availability of an item by following the steps below:

  1. Please click on the ‘Buy Now’ tab under the product image
  2. Choose the colour/size you wish to order if applicable
  3. Stock availability is displaying on the button next to your selection.

Important note for Finance orders (only available to UK customers) - A finance order doesn't become active until the finance company receives your completed application form online. To avoid missing out on stock, please ensure you complete your application as soon as possible.

Important note for PayPal orders – Orders will always be charged as soon as they are placed, regardless of the availability of the product.

Please note: Although an item may have been discontinued by the supplier, if a customer returns an unused item we will list this on site for resale.

Cancel an Order

Cancel an Order

We make every effort to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, however we understand there may be times when you change your mind and wish to cancel an order. To do so, simply follow the steps below:
  1. Log into your account here
  2. Select the order you wish to cancel
  3. Click ‘Cancel This Order’
You will receive an automated email confirming the cancellation.
 
Note, the cancellation window is limited, so if you do change your mind, please cancel your order as quickly as possible. If the 'Cancel This Order' button is not visible, this means the order is already being processed and cannot be cancelled via your online account.
 
You can, however, still request to cancel an order within 14 days from the date of delivery, as per your consumer rights. To exercise this right please contact us prior to the expiry of the cancellation rights period. The order must be returned to Wiggle within 14 days of contacting us and return postage must be covered by the purchaser. For more information on your cancellation rights, click here.
 
Cancelled orders will be refunded in full, including standard delivery costs. If you chose to upgrade delivery, any supplementary costs arising from this will not be refunded.
 
If an order has been paid at checkout and is cancelled pre-dispatch, the funds will be automatically refunded back onto the original payment method. If the funds are being held by your bank pending confirmation of purchase, these will be released back into your account by your bank. If an order is cancelled post-dispatch, a refund will be processed back onto the original payment method when the goods arrive back in our warehouse. 
 
Please note, cancelled orders cannot be reactivated; if you still wish to receive the goods, please place a new order.
 
If you simply wish to return an item from your order, you have 365 days to do so. We offer a variety of returns services, some of which are free, depending on the delivery country. For more information on returning an item, click here

To place orders on the go all you need to do is go to the web browser on your smartphone and enter www.wiggle.co.uk.

 

Customs

Customs

There are no import/export duties on goods shipped within the European Union. All goods shipped to EU countries already have the relevant VAT included.

Shipments sent outside the European Union are sold exclusive of VAT and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country.

The prices of all items shipped to Australia, including those of AUD1,000 or more, include Australian GST and Australian import duties.

Items shipped to the Canary Islands are sold exclusive of Spanish VAT but may be subject to import duties and taxes. Customers ordering from the Canary Islands are advised to select their destination country and address as “Spain – Canary Islands”. This will ensure that the order is not subject to Spanish VAT.

Please note: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. It is a criminal offence to falsify the details on this form. We cannot inaccurately describe the contents, claim a lower value or mark as a gift. Please do not ask, or expect us to do any of the above. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authorities for the latest rates.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.
