The Superlight Cols Short Sleeve Jersey is Morvelo's take on the lightweight jersey specifically designed to excel in hot and humid conditions. Morvelo makes use of 4 different lightweight Italian fabrics to ensure the jersey is highly breathable and fast drying so you don't get hot and sweaty. The main body material is comfortable against the skin as you perspire and also incredibly fast drying so you don't feel a chill after a long hot climb. The arms use a unique slit ventilation that opens when stretched and mesh side and rear panels increase the ventilation and comfort levels still further.
The Superlight jersey also offers up 50SPF (sun protection factor) so you remain protected even in the most intense of sunshine. A full-length flyweight zip gives control of ventilation to your chest and torso, it's easy to unzip fully for maximum airflow - particularly useful on long hot climbs. A low cut collar saves not only some weight but allows for more air to circulate.
The laser cut sleeves and lightweight silicone gripper keep the jersey securely in place while the 3 rear pockets plus 1 zipped pocket give you ample storage space for all the essential kit and food you might need on your hot summer rides.
