Adventure anywhere without limits with the TentBox Cargo Roof Tent. This unique roof-top tent offers sleeping space for up to two people and can easily pop and fold out in just one minute. Suitable for use with any vehicle, it combines a durable, waterproof and weatherproof rip-stop canvas with a rugged honeycomb shell. You can also rely on waterproof silicone sealant tape applied behind all seams, waterproof zips, and built-in ventilation details for optimum protection and comfort. Additionally, mesh fly netting will keep even the smallest of insects out.
The Cargo Roof Tent comes complete with a lightweight telescopic ladder that packs down, and a memory foam mattress so you sleep soundly when on your trip, as well as a handy fixing kit. For extra convenience, optional accessories (sold separately) allow you to carry bikes, kayaks and more on top.
Understanding Your Vehicle Roof Load
You can find your vehicle roof load capacity in your vehicle manual. The roof load capacity of your vehicle must be greater than the weight of the TentBox you’re putting on top. For the TentBox Cargo Roof Tent your roof load capacity must be 74kg or more.
It is also important to note that your listed vehicle roof load limit is for a dynamic load, which means the maximum recommended roof load while the vehicle is being driven. When your vehicle is stationary, your vehicle can take 5x more load weight - this is called the static load. In other words, there is no need to worry about the added weight of people inside your TentBox, as they will only be inside when your vehicle is stationary. There are a lot more forces applied on a vehicle when it’s being driven (breaking, turning, hitting bumps in the road), which is why there is such a big difference between the dynamic and static loads.

Please note: Bikes and other bulky items cannot be returned using our local returns service (where applicable). Please contact us and we can arrange to collect these from you using our discounted courier rates. There is a fee for all collections, except for faulty products.
Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging, unless the goods are faulty. Wiggle will pay the return postage costs for any faulty items.
