Simply add the gift voucher to your shopping basket like any other product, then continue to the checkout to complete your order. You can also buy other products at the same time as buying gift voucher(s).
You will receive a confirmation email with your voucher details. There will be a link in this email which will enable you to personalise your gift voucher with your own message and then print out to give to your friend or loved one. You will not receive anything in the post for your voucher.
Gift vouchers can be used to purchase any product on the Wiggle site*. Select the product(s) you wish to order and add them to your basket. Enter your voucher code in the ‘Voucher Code’ box on the basket page and then click ‘Add Code’. If you’ve been lucky enough to receive multiple gift vouchers you can redeem more than one voucher against an order by repeating this process. You also don’t have to spend all your voucher at once, we keep track of the unused amount for you to redeem on any future order(s).

We will happily refund any item purchased on Wiggle if returned to us within 365 days; excluding Wiggle gift vouchers, nutrition and customised products, except when faulty.
Please note: Bikes and other bulky items cannot be returned using our local returns service (where applicable). Please contact us and we can arrange to collect these from you using our discounted courier rates. There is a fee for all collections, except for faulty products.
Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging, unless the goods are faulty. Wiggle will pay the return postage costs for any faulty items.
